Minimum and Maximum Participants

  • Our fixed departures require a minimum of 2 participants to proceed, fostering camaraderie and personalized attention.
  • To maintain the quality of your adventure, we limit each group to a maximum of 6 participants per safari vehicle.
  • We reserve the right to cancel a fixed departure if the minimum number of participants is not met. You will be provided with the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

Booking Deadline

  • Secure your spot on a fixed departure by making your booking at least [number] days prior to the departure date.
  • Early bookings ensure availability and give us ample time to create a seamless experience tailored to your preferences.

Confirmation Process

Embarking on your Tanzanian safari adventure is an exciting step, and we’re here to guide you through the process:

  • Upon receiving your booking request, our dedicated team will meticulously craft a detailed and personalized itinerary for your chosen fixed departure.
  • To confirm your reservation, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the per person rate, based on minimum occupancy for departure of the safari vehicle (2 people), is required.
  • The balance payment, which will be the difference between the per person price based on the number of people who have confirmed the safari, is to be settled no later than 60 days before your departure date.
  • The per person rates based on different numbers of people to fill the safari vehicle are openly displayed at the bottom of each itinerary. This ensures transparency, allowing you to be fully aware of the potential difference you might pay depending on the number of people who will be joining the safari.
  • Once your deposit and balance are received, you will be formally confirmed for your selected safari adventure.

We understand the importance of flexibility, and our payment structure ensures fairness and accommodation for your unique group composition. This approach enables you to adjust the final balance according to the confirmed number of participants, ensuring an accurate and tailored pricing for your unforgettable experience.

Single Room Supplement

  • Accommodation during the safari is based on double occupancy (twin rooms), allowing you to share the experience with a fellow traveler.
  • Solo adventurers desiring a private space can opt for a single room by paying a supplement fee of $[amount].
  • Single room availability is subject to confirmation and should be indicated during the booking process.

Airport Transfers

  • We understand the importance of a smooth start and finish to your safari adventure. Since all our safaris start and end in Arusha, we offer reliable airport transfer services to and from your designated arrival airport in Arusha or Moshi.
  • Our professional drivers will be there to greet you upon your arrival, ensuring a comfortable and safe journey to your chosen accommodation.
  • To arrange your airport transfers, kindly provide your flight details during the booking process. We will then take care of all necessary arrangements and ensure your seamless transition from the airport to the start of your safari and back.

Pre/Post-Safari Accommodation

  • The accommodations included in your fixed departure package are exclusively those mentioned in the itinerary. Any pre or post-safari accommodation before or after the scheduled dates is not included in the package and must be booked on request.
  • We offer a range of pre/post-safari accommodation options to suit your preferences, from charming lodges to comfortable hotels. These accommodations are charged separately, depending on availability and your specific preferences.
  • You have the option to book pre/post-safari accommodation through Baest Royal Adventures or directly with the hotels. Let us know your desired dates and any specific requirements, and we will assist in arranging the perfect accommodation to complement your safari experience.

Payment Policy

At Baest Royal Adventures, we’ve designed a payment structure that ensures flexibility and transparency, allowing you to embark on your Tanzanian safari adventure with confidence:

  • Non-Refundable Deposit: To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the per person rate, based on full occupancy of the safari vehicle (6 people), is required. This deposit guarantees your place on the fixed departure and enables us to make the necessary arrangements for your safari experience.
  • Balance Payment: The balance payment must be settled no later than 60 days before your departure date. The balance amount will be calculated as the difference between the total per person price based on the number of people who have confirmed the safari and the non-refundable deposit.
  • Per Person Rates: The per-person rates for different numbers of people to fill the safari vehicle are openly displayed at the bottom of each itinerary. This transparency allows you to fully understand the potential difference in pricing based on the number of participants. Whether your group size remains at full occupancy or changes, you’ll have a clear view of the associated costs.

Cancellation Policy

While we hope that your Tanzanian safari adventure with Baest Royal Adventures goes exactly as planned, we understand that circumstances can change. Our cancellation policy has been designed to be fair and transparent, while also accounting for the preparations and arrangements involved in ensuring an exceptional experience for each traveler.

Cancellation Within 60 to 45 Days Before Departure:

If you need to cancel your reservation within 60 to 45 days before the departure date, we will refund 80% of the balance payment received, excluding the 30% non-refundable deposit that was paid upon confirmation.

Cancellation Within 45 to 30 Days Before Departure:

For cancellations made within 45 to 30 days before the departure date, a refund of 50% of the balance payment received will be processed. The 30% non-refundable deposit paid upon confirmation remains non-refundable.

Cancellation Within 30 Days Before Departure:

If the cancellation is made within 30 days before the departure date, no refund will be provided. The 30% non-refundable deposit paid upon confirmation will be retained.

Refunds will be processed within 10 days of receiving the cancellation request. Please keep in mind that any transaction fees or charges incurred due to the refund process will be borne by the traveler.

In the event of an unforeseen cancellation by us, you will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund, including the 30% deposit that was paid during confirmation. Our commitment to providing you with a remarkable safari experience extends to unforeseen circumstances, and we want to ensure that you have peace of mind throughout your journey.
