Tour Plan:
Day 1: Dar es Salaam – Mikumi National Park
Baest Royal Adventures will pick you up from the DSM city center and take you on a journey to the south of Dar es Salaam, along the Tanzania/Zambia Highway with a picnic lunch. In the afternoon, you will go on a game drive of Mikumi National Park. You will have dinner and overnight at Vuma Hills Tented Camp/Tan Swiss Lodge/TANAPA Bandas (L,D).
Mikumi National Park covers 3,230 square kilometers and is a well-known park in Tanzania. The park is famous for its population of elephants, giraffes, buffaloes, zebras, elands, greater kudu, wildebeest, roan and sable antelope. Predators include tree-climbing lions, leopards, wild hunting dogs, and black-backed jackal. More than 300 species of birds have been recorded here, including Eurasian migrants such as red-billed oxpeckers, marabou storks, and lilac-breasted rollers.

Day 2: Hiking in Udzungwa Mountain National Park
After breakfast, you will be driven to Udzungwa gate with a picnic lunch for hiking. You will have dinner and overnight at Vuma Hills Tented Camp/Tan Swiss Lodge/TANAPA Bandas (B,L,D).
Udzungwa Mountain National Park covers 1,990 square kilometers and is the first terrestrial National park in Tanzania. It is well known for its biologically diverse forest, with approximately 20-30% of the 200 animal and plant species that grow here not found anywhere else in the world. It is also one of the top ten forests for bird conservation in Africa, making it a perfect spot for birdwatching. A variety of animal species can be found here, including water buffalo, elephants, and a variety of reptiles and snakes.
Baest Royal Adventures will take you on a guided hike through this beautiful park, providing you with a knowledgeable guide and all necessary equipment for a safe and enjoyable experience.
Day 3: Game Drive in Mikumi National Park
After breakfast, you will have a full day game drive of the park with lunch at Hippo Pool picnic site. You will have dinner and overnight at Vuma Hills Tented Camp/Tan Swiss Lodge/TANAPA Bandas (B,L,D).

Day 4: Mikumi National Park – Dar es Salaam
